Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains the general approach and does not remove rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other applicable law.
Goods
For online goods, statutory cancellation rights may apply subject to legal exceptions and the checkout information. Return goods safely and in a condition allowing inspection; lawful deductions may apply for handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Customised, personalised, sealed or otherwise excepted goods may be treated differently.
For goods bought in branch, change-of-mind return is not automatically a statutory right. Any voluntary branch policy will be stated at sale. Faulty or misdescribed goods, including motorcycles and scooters, retain statutory remedies and may be governed by a separate sale/warranty document.
Services and rentals
MOT, workshop, repair, servicing, recovery and delivery cancellations depend on the booking, whether work has started and the applicable quote. A service started at your request or fully performed may have different statutory consequences. Rental is a service for an agreed period and is governed by the separate Rental Agreement; there is no blanket 14-day rule. Exact cancellation, no-show, deposit and charge rules are OWNER DECISION REQUIRED.
Refunds and contact
Deposits are handled under the relevant agreement and law, with any lawful deduction explained. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. PayPal refunds may be processed through PayPal and timing may depend on payment providers. Contact enquiries@neguinhomotors.co.uk or 0208 314 1498 with your order/booking reference.
